Workbooks and Software have been designed to support the implementation of Competitive Manufacturing and Proactive Maintenance. Continuous Improvement Workbooks provide a structured approach to the improvement of productivity and reducing costs.

Strategic MaPS is able to “package” workbooks into specific combinations designed to suit your operating strategy or business needs. Workbooks can be customised to include specific workplace event data if required. All workbooks are supported by a comprehensive training program.

All Workbooks are designed to be easy to use with the minimal of effort required to produce results. Workbooks are designed to function with MS Excel™ version 2002xp or later.
